 BPMNK3023 Strategic Management

This subject strengthens students’ ability to think critically, make strategic choices, and understand the role of leadership, resources, and organisational capability in driving long-term success. It also prepares you to analyse complex business situations using tools such as SWOT/TOWS, VRIO, Porter’s Five Forces, strategic groups, BCG Matrix, and balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic positioning.

Online Test Introduction (10% Assessment)

This online test assesses your understanding of the key concepts covered in Strategic Management, focusing on your ability to analyse, evaluate, and apply strategic frameworks to real organisational scenarios. The test contributes 10% to your overall course assessment.

The results posted here represent the marks recorded from the online test. Students are strongly encouraged to review their performance, identify their strengths, and reflect on areas that need improvement as we move into deeper topics in the coming weeks.
