The Impact of Service Quality on Students’ Satisfaction and Happiness

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this study. The statements in this questionnaire pertain to the higher educational institution you are studying in, referred to as the “institution” in the questionnaire. It examines the effect of higher education performance and students’ satisfaction in the public universities.

This questionnaire has four (4) sections and will take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. Responses will be kept anonymous and confidential.

This study is fully funded by UUM Leads The study’s findings will contribute to enhancing the UUM part-time programme in the future.
